A Private Hands-On Technique Class

Refine your balayage technique through a personalized, hands-on education experience designed to strengthen your application, improve consistency, and build confidence behind the chair.

In this four-hour private class, we'll focus on the art of traditional hand-painted balayage, exploring the techniques and decisions that create beautiful, dimensional, naturally blended color. From consultation and color planning to sectioning, placement, brushwork, and formulation, you'll develop a deeper understanding of how to approach each application with intention.

You'll work hands-on with a mannequin as I demonstrate techniques, guide your application, and provide individual feedback throughout the class. We'll focus on brush control, product consistency, saturation, placement, and achieving the lift and blend you're looking for.

Whether you're newer to balayage or have been offering the service for years, this class is an opportunity to refine your skills, ask questions, and become more confident in your technique.

A Behind The Chair Intensive, Fully Customized Class Designed Around You

The Bombshell Intensive is an immersive, hands-on education day that goes beyond technique to explore the entire experience behind the chair, from consultation and color design to client experience, content, and the business behind your work. This private, one-on-one class is fully customized around you, your work, and where you want to grow.

Depending on your goals, we may work with Foilayage, AirTouch, Balayage, Modern Face-Framing Techniques, Color Melting, and Glazing, using those techniques to create the kind of modern, dimensional color you want to create more confidently behind the chair. We’ll work through not only how to execute the techniques, but how to assess the hair, protect its integrity, plan your color, formulate, and make intentional decisions based on the result you’re trying to create.

Throughout the day, we’ll also look beyond the technical work at consultation, creating an exceptional client experience, content creation, photography and video, and the business behind your work. We’ll talk through what’s working, where you feel challenged, and the areas where I see opportunities to strengthen your work and your business.

My goal is for you to leave with more than a new technique. I want you to leave with a stronger understanding of why you’re making the decisions you make behind the chair, greater confidence in your work, beautiful photos and video of what we create together, and practical ways to strengthen both your work and your business moving forward.

The Business & Career Lab is a six-hour, one-on-one working session built around your business, your career, and where you want to go next. Before we meet, I’ll take a close look at your current business and online client journey so we can spend our day focused on the areas where you have the greatest opportunity to grow.

Together, we’ll work through the parts of your business that matter most to you, which may include building the right clientele, pricing and service offerings, your online presence and discoverability, content and portfolio, client experience, retention and rebooking, systems, schedule and capacity, financial clarity, or your larger career goals. We’ll work on your actual business together, making decisions and beginning to implement changes as we go. You’ll leave with a personalized 90-Day Action Plan so you know exactly what to continue working on after our day together.
